Yes. CiMS supports an unlimited number of templates, each of which can feature its own brand, header and footer. We also support multiple bank accounts for each template, for example foreign currency payment details.
Yes. CiMS is fully multi-user, with each user account being able to choose their default settings. These encompass templates, currencies and tax jurisdictions, such as EU VAT. For example, a parent company with both EU and non-EU registered subsidiaries can have one copy of CiMS with user profiles that reflect this i.e. staff in the UK creating projects subject to VAT rules.
Yes. CiMS provides a number of ways of doing this. Projects can be “cloned”, whereby all the expense items are copied and can then be edited. A more efficient method is to use production-budget templates, which consist of a preselected list of expense items. These can be filled in, a bit like a spreadsheet. Templates can be created for specific projects, clients or artists. There is no limit to the number of templates that can be created.
No. CiMS is an online service, accessible by a connected device, so an internet connection is required. However, CiMS uses very little bandwidth and can, for example, use a smartphone connection, so it is accessible wherever a mobile phone signal is available.
Yes. CiMS can be used by any organisation selling services based on fees and/or expenses, especially where these are project-based, require the agreement of estimates or quotations, have an element of budget monitoring, and where the final price may differ from that quoted. If the service is selling fixed priced widgets, however, you may be better off with an automated till.
