Managing projects in CiMS is simple. Initiating new projects is remarkably simple – just pick a date from the calendar or access the new project/job form. Modify artist fees, production schedules, and expenses until final invoicing. Estimates/Bids support any currency and update automatically. The versatile CiMS internal calendar, with customisable Year, Month, Week, or Daily views and color-coding, aids in tracking jobs and differentiating tasks, allowing focused searches for specific artists or clients.
CiMS captures descriptions of the job, participants, dates, client contact, name of the artist working on the project, commission to be taken, contractual text, job type and more.
