The CiMS database uses tags to group companies and individual contacts for sales and marketing. Use of these tags allows for real-time contact access. CiMS extends access to non-users via its contacts module, storing contact details for marketing, customer relations, and contact management. Contacts include social media attributes and are searchable by text, position, country, and tags. Export options include CSV and integration with mail marketing platforms like phpList, Hubspot, and Mailchimp
